At Easy English Lessons, pricing is designed to be simple. There are two session lengths and two programmes. No bundles to decipher, no auto-renewing subscriptions, no cancellation fees. You pay for the lessons you take, when you take them.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Flexible and fair. The aim is for everyone’s time to be respected on both sides.

24 hours’ notice — no charge

Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice and there is nothing to pay. Rebook at any time that suits you via the booking calendar.

Late cancellation — may be charged

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at the full session rate. This is at the teacher’s discretion and applied fairly.

No-shows — charged at full rate

Not showing up without any communication is charged at the full session rate. A brief message beforehand — however short — is all that is needed to avoid this.

Illness & emergencies — always understood

Genuine illness and unexpected emergencies are always handled with understanding and compassion. Just communicate as soon as you are able to — that is all that is asked.

Is there really a free trial lesson?
Yes. Every new student at Easy English Lessons gets a free 25-minute trial lesson. There is no credit card required and no obligation to continue afterwards. The trial is a real lesson — not a sales call or a product demonstration. It is the best way to meet your teacher and experience the approach first-hand before committing to anything.
Do I have to buy a bundle or subscription?
No. There are no bundles to purchase and no subscriptions to sign up for. You pay per lesson, or in small informal bundles agreed directly with your teacher if that is more convenient. There are no auto-charges, no lock-in contracts, and no cancellation fees. You are in complete control of when you book and how often you attend.
How do I pay — and what currency?
Payment is accepted via Wise or PayPal. Wise is the recommended option because you can pay in your own currency with no hidden conversion fees — the exchange rate is shown upfront before you confirm. PayPal is available as an alternative and payment details are provided after your first lesson. Prices are listed in euros (€14 for 25 minutes, €28 for 55 minutes) but Wise handles the currency conversion automatically at the real exchange rate.
What is the cancellation policy?
Give 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule and there is nothing to pay. Late cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at the full session rate, at the teacher’s discretion. No-shows without any communication are charged at the full rate. Genuine illness and emergencies are always handled with understanding — just let your teacher know as soon as you can.
What if I want to switch between 25-minute and 55-minute sessions?
You can switch freely at any time. There is no contract, no fixed session length, and no penalty for changing. Some students prefer the shorter 25-minute session for a quick weekly check-in and book the 55-minute session when they want to go deeper on a specific topic. Just let your teacher know and rebook on the calendar — it is completely flexible.
